1.1. We collect data that you voluntarily provide when using Panda Tracker (bot, website, and mobile app), including, but not limited to: information about pain levels, nutrition, sleep, activity, and medications taken.

1.2. We also collect your email address or unique Telegram User ID to associate the data with your account.

1.3. Technical Information. We automatically collect technical information about app errors and crashes to ensure stable operation of the service. This may include: device type, operating system version, app version, and error information (crash logs).

2. How We Use Your Data

2.1. Your data is used exclusively to provide you with the functionality of the Service, including generating reports, charts, and dependency analysis.

2.2. We do not share your personal health data with third parties, except as required by law.

2.3. Anonymized and Aggregated Data. We may convert your personal data into an anonymized format. Such data may be used for scientific research, product improvement, and interaction with partners. If you do not want your data to be used in an anonymized form, you can contact us (see the Contacts section) and opt-out.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1. All your health data is stored in an encrypted format on secure servers.

3.2. You have full control over your data and can export it or completely delete it from the system at any time on our website in your Personal Account in the Settings section.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

4.1. To ensure stable app operation, we use the error monitoring service Sentry (sentry.io). Sentry receives only technical information about app errors: device type, operating system version, app version, and error stack. Sentry does NOT receive: your health data (pain levels, sleep, nutrition, activity, medications), your email, name, or any other personal data.

4.2. We do not sell or share your personal health data with advertising networks or other third parties.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

5.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.

6. Age Restrictions

6.1. Panda Tracker is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
