1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the Panda Tracker service and an individual (the User) regarding the use of the Panda Tracker service (Telegram bot, website, and mobile application).

1.2. By using the Service, the User expresses their full and unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The administration grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the Service for tracking personal health and well-being indicators.

2.2. The Service is not a medical device or a medical program. The information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and cannot be considered as medical advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation for treatment. All decisions regarding your health should be made after consulting with a qualified medical professional.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User undertakes not to use the Service for illegal purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties.

3.2. The administration has the right to make changes to the Service's operation, as well as to this Agreement, unilaterally.

4. Liability

4.1. The administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User as a result of using or being unable to use the Service, as well as for the accuracy and reliability of the data provided by the Service.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The procedure for collecting, storing, and processing User data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
