Account and Data Deletion
You can completely delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your account at panda-tracker.com or in the Panda Tracker mobile app
- On website: go to Settings → Accounts. In mobile app: open Settings → Profile
- Click the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the deletion
What data will be deleted
Your profile, email, all journal entries (pain, sleep, nutrition, activity, medications), all reports and analytics — will be permanently deleted.
After deletion, we do not store any of your personal data. Technical logs (without personal data) may be retained for up to 90 days for service security purposes.
Deletion is instant. Data cannot be recovered after deletion.
